Amongst other agenda items, we'll be discussing the results of the recent customer satisfaction surveys, following on from the article in this eZine. We also hope to be able to provide an update on the publication of the latest GSi Code of Connection v4.0. We are currently awaiting final sign-off, but expect this to be completed soon.

Service Support Team in Network Services

In this edition we:

  • Announce the results of recently conducted GSi and Mts customer satisfaction surveys
  • Provide information about the Centralised Telephone Operator Service (CTOPS) available to Mts customers
  • Give details of the GSi Consultancy Service provided to assist customers in completion of the Code of Connection
  • Highlight information on offers available on laptops, printers and desktops through other areas of OGCbuying.solutions
  • Provide an update on the 'browse-down' or ASPRS service that will allow xGSI customers to browse down to domains of lower protective markings
